Notice is hereby given that Focused on Hope Transport LLC, 2725 Franklin Trpke, Danville, VA 24540, has filed an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity that would authorize: Passenger transportation as a Common Carrier over Irregular Routes, providing service in the Cities of Buena Vista, Danville, Galax, Lexington, Lynchburg, Martinsville, Radford, Roanoke and Salem, and the Counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, Botetourt, Campbell, Carroll, Charlotte, Craig, Floyd, Franklin, Grayson, Halifax, Henry, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Prince Edward, Pulaski, Roanoke, and Rockbridge, Virginia, and; 2. Transportation of Medicaid recipients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Carrier as defined in Section 46.2-2000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.
